Shipping Guide 

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all US orders* - the following terms apply:

  • Refer to processing & shipping times for each item on their product page
  • Items may be shipped in separate packages 
  • *For jewelry orders, purchases of $50+ will receive complimentary shipping

Return Policy

Time Frame

 

You can return items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@giftedgraceus.com or call us to start a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping Instructions: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items. 

Additional Terms

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns that are not due to our error.
  • Return Fee: If you decide to make a return, you may be subject to pay return shipping. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You may be asked to provide photos for documentation.
